AMS Healthcare Welcomes Our Seventh Cohort of Compassion and AI Fellows
AMS Healthcare is delighted to welcome 12 new Compassion & AI Fellows, an exceptional group of leaders who will join a growing community working to ensure that compassion remains at the heart of healthcare in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
The Fellowship reflects AMS Healthcare’s approach to creating lasting impact: we invest in people, convene communities and influence change. By investing in leaders and deliberately developing their capacities and capabilities, we aim to equip them to navigate the opportunities and challenges AI presents while keeping human needs and experiences at the centre of healthcare.
The 2026 Fellows will join a powerful network of previous AMS Compassion & AI Fellows and AMS-Fitzgerald Fellows in AI and Human-Centred Leadership. Through this community, Fellows have opportunities to learn from one another, build relationships across disciplines and organizations, and engage with patients, caregivers, health system leaders and other perspectives.
Over time, these investments and connections create pathways to influence—as Fellows bring new thinking, relationships and capabilities back into their organizations and communities, helping to shape policy, workforce, models of care and the responsible implementation of AI across health systems.
