Teresa Lam is leading an M365 Copilot project at University Health Network, aiming to boost productivity and well-being by reducing administrative tasks. The project also seeks to enhance team members’ proficiency with AI tools and their ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities in their daily responsibilities.
