2023 AMS-Fitzgerald Fellow

Terence Tang is a General Internal Medicine physician at Trillium Health Partners, and clinician-scientist at the Institute for Better Health.

His current projects span care transitions, addressing social determinants of health, quality improvement using data, and incorporating emerging technologies. He is also looking forward to opportunities that bridge diverse communities, sectors, and disciplines.

Areas of Interest:

Incorporating technology (including Artificial Intelligence) into models of care and clinical workflows to advance the Quintuple Aims using a Learning Health System approach.
