Mehdi Somji is the Director of Innovation & Partnerships at Trillium Health Partners. Most notably, Mehdi led the development and implementation of iPlan, an innovative technology that was implemented across five hospitals and home and community care, recognized as a Leading Practice by the Health Standards Organization and won the 2019 ITAC Ingenious Award.
