John Jacob holds dual roles as Executive Director of Strategic Operations at British Columbia Children’s Hospital and Head of The Digital Lab (digitallab.org), an applied innovation unit at the University of British Columbia.

John’s work includes health services innovation, clinical engineering, and research on emerging digital health technologies from a health economics and outcomes science perspective.
