Her career spans primary care, mental health and addictions, professional practice leadership, and academic medicine, giving her a strong foundation in advanced practice integration, quality improvement, and organizational risk mitigation. She brings an evidence-informed, outcomes-focused approach to aligning clinical excellence with operational performance, working at the intersection of digital transformation and sustainable healthcare innovation.
