Liz Estey Noad

Award: 2026 AMS-Fitzgerald Fellowship

Liz Estey Noad is the Program Director, Health Equity, Partnerships and Innovation at Peel Region. She leads initiatives that advance health equity, strengthen integration across health and social services, and foster innovative approaches to systems change. Her career has been focused on translating evidence into action, including Indigenous health research, leadership during Peel’s COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Program, and stewardship of Peel’s Community Safety and Well-Being Plan. Currently, she works with more than 75 cross-sector partners to advance prevention-focused solutions to complex community challenges. As both a public sector leader and parent, she is interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can support effective, equitable and community-centred decision-making.
