Sami Zahur

As Chief Executive Officer of One Queen Capital, Sami leads the strategy and direction of the firm and oversees its co-investment platform and relationships with CPP Investments and OQC’s syndicate investors.
Sami has over 20 years of experience across the investment and financial services industries. Prior to his current role, Sami held senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management and began his career in capital markets at major Canadian investment banks.
Sami holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
With deep expertise in finance, governance, and strategic growth, Sami brings valuable business and investment insight to the AMS Healthcare Board. His experience navigating innovation, large-scale organizational change, and long-term value creation supports AMS Healthcare’s work at the intersection of compassion, healthcare transformation, and emerging technologies.
