Sami is an experienced investment and financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience advising and leading organizations through growth, strategic transformation, and complex financial transactions. Prior to joining One Queen Capital, Sami spent over a decade at Brookfield Asset Management, most recently as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Renewable, where he was responsible for integrating portfolio acquisitions and leading growth and asset recycling initiatives. Earlier in his career at Brookfield, he worked within the firm’s global advisory practice, advising energy and infrastructure companies on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and broader corporate finance matters. Before Brookfield, Sami held various capital markets roles at a leading Canadian investment bank.
With deep expertise in finance, governance, and strategic growth, Sami brings valuable business and investment insight to the AMS Healthcare Board. His experience navigating innovation, large-scale organizational change, and long-term value creation supports AMS Healthcare’s work at the intersection of compassion, healthcare transformation, and emerging technologies.
