Negar Farazmand

Negar Farazmand is the Compassion & AI Program Manager at AMS Healthcare. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and has a background in software engineering and Iranian music, two fields that have shaped her approach to work: structured and analytical on one hand, creative and curious on the other. Her experience spans early-stage startups and the public sector, giving her a perspective shaped by both fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and the complexity of larger systems.

Negar is drawn to complex challenges without easy answers. She brings a passion for human-centred design, foresight, and systems thinking to her work, using these lenses to explore how people and systems interact to open up new possibilities for change. She is happiest when she’s learning something new, diving into an unfamiliar domain, or turning an idea into something tangible.
