Empowered Home Care Summit
In May 2019, we partnered with CFHI to host a full-day Home care Summit on the topic of Empowered Home Care. The Summit brought together key system leaders and pan-Canadian stakeholders to exchange knowledge and develop insights about how to effectively implement, spread, and scale innovative home care models. Consequently, their model has spread to 25 countries and has been a significant inspiration for the HOPE Initiative.
