William (Bill) McDonnell brings a strong 40-year business background in the Employee Benefits Industry in Canada to his role as Chair of the AMS Finance and Risk Committee (FAR) and member of the AMS Board. Bill’s working career includes employment experience with Group Insurance companies, Actuarial/Benefit consulting firms and Institutional Investment Management firms.
Bill has always felt a strong responsibility towards the community and in addition to his membership on the AMS Board of Directors, Bill has served on the investment advisory committee of the Archdiocese of Toronto in the past and currently serves on the finance committee of his alma mater St. Michael’s College High School Foundation.
Bill’s oversight helps to ensure that AMS has, and will continue to have, the funds available to innovate healthcare with compassion at its core.
