Currently Executive Director of Canada’s first Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT), managing over $3.2 billion in assets and a $150M p.a. supplemental health benefits program. Launched and led an employee benefits (life, LTC, health and dental) provider which grew to $100M in annual client billings. Launched and led a national e-commerce consortium owned by five large banks and Caisse Desjardins which was subsequently spun off to Canada Post VP, Government Relations for a major national financial services industry association. Responsible for policy development and regulatory initiatives related to insurance marketing and life agent regulation at FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario)

Board Experience
Developed complete reporting and governance structures for the Boards of the three start-ups I have led. Over twenty years’ experience working with Boards and as a Director in for profit and not-for-profit settings.
