Dean Lising


Dean Lising, BSc, BscPT, MHsc (Health Admin), Conference Consultant, has had past roles as a physiotherapist, practice leader, manager and educator with 20 years experience in health care.  Dean leads curricular and professional development programs locally and internationally as the Team-Based Practice and Education Lead and Director of the Building Optimal Outcomes from Successful Teamwork program at the Centre for Interprofessional Education.

Dean has experience leading and facilitating educational and strategic planning forums with University of Toronto, Toronto Academic Health Science Network, Ontario’s Improving and Driving Excellence Across Sectors Foundations and Community of Practices.  Dean is passionate about patient/caregiver partnership and has supported patients/caregivers as a leader, educator, facilitator and researcher with roles in curriculum learning activities, health mentorship and professional development programs.
